Billing questions
- What counts as a validation?
- Every email address we check counts once — whether it comes from the dashboard, a bulk upload, the API, or a Klaviyo analysis. Duplicates within one bulk job are deduplicated before counting.
- Do unused validations roll over?
- No. Pro and Scale quotas reset on the 1st of each month. The free plan's 50 validations are a one-time allowance.
- Is VAT included?
- Prices exclude VAT. Stripe calculates and adds the correct VAT for your country at checkout.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes — from the customer portal in your account settings. You keep your plan until the end of the paid period.
